Default Has anyone played on pkr.com?

I ran across this site a couple of weeks ago called PKR (PKR - let's play. 3d online poker room.). Being from the USA I can't play for real $$$, but I can say that it is, without question, the most visually stimulating site I've ever seen! First person table and dynamic, action based table views, fully editable player characters, selectable table taunts and gestures and much, much more! Check it out and I think you'll be as hooked as I am.

I've tried it & unistalled it.
the graphic are great , but thats all thats good about PKR its very very slow,so slow when you try to register by the time it kicks in you've missed your table.
If you just want to play a site with play money & are a patient person go for it,but i wouldn't recommend you play for real just yet.I've heard they are updating all the time maybe in a year or two it might be worth giving it a go.

Default Pkr

I am downloading PKR as we speak.....just curious to see all the nifty graphics mentioned....it does seem to be a very LARGE and lethargic download, though, so I doubt I'll keep it....just want to see what all the hub-bub is about

As for Poker Nordica....I'll have to look in to that.....

OK yeah PKR probably looks real neat but it took too darn long to download and I finally gave up LOL

Maybe the site was having problems because it only took me about 10 minutes to DL & install. While I agree that it can be slow at peak times, personally, I've never experienced any excessive lag while "in game". I do live in Silicon Valley tho...
