The problem with "the worst players" is that it becomes a crap shoot. In those kinds of games, 8 to 10 players will see every flop... talk about getting rivered... there will still be 7 on the river card. Skill plays less of a factor than luck (often) many times. If it's possible on the board, I guarantee it will be there.
You're taking the wrong approach. Rather than try and find the worst players because as YOU said, "I'm not good enough....." than make a concious effort to improve your game. You don't have to play in a big game but..... as crazy as it might sound, pick a full 2/4 or 3/6 or even better a 5/10 game and watch the game for 30 or 45 minutes. Those levels yield better players. Watch how they play, watch WHAT they play, watch what position they play certain hands.
