Default Fulltilt rakeback module

With all due respect to players on sites other than FT, I imagine it is one of the highest in players with rakeback. Why can't the module for us to review our rakeback be completed for that site?

Again, no disrespect, but we've been hearing for months and now weeks, that we will receive an email when we are part of that FT module? Maybe I don't understand what all is involved, but it sure seems to take a long time to get us entered into the system.

While I have no problem with someone making a profit while I get my rakeback, it seems that "some" of your staff are not giving a full effort, while others are doing double duty. I hope those doing most of the work are being rewarded for their efforts.

Thanks... by the way, can we have some kind of schedule or specific date? Waiting for "an email notice..." is a bit vague when it has been "soon" for over a month or more.

Rake Tracking to FullTilt rakeback is completed and working for most players, but it requires some additional coding to get all Full Tilt players to tracking. This has been on the to-do list for a long time, as you say. Our programmer who has coded rake tracking is working part time for us, and has been very busy with his other job during December. This has been causing the delays. I'll try to get a schedule from him on this.

Our programmer says he will be working on the rake tracking this weekend. I will post updates on this forum at the beginning of next week.

We get rake data from Full Tilt once a day, and our updates should be made around 12am (GMT+2).
