Default Help! raketracking says $0
I have been a member of rakeback for a few months now and everything has been going smoothly. Yesterday I logged in and my current raketracking was over $50 for this month with saturday and sunday not updated as I realize it is the weekend. I logged in today assuming to find the weekend updated and my rakeback close to $100 only to find it say $0 for the month. I hope this gets fixed as I do not intend to lose my rake for this month. Anyone else with this problem. Help me!

wow, I feel like an idiot. Apparently i was so freaked out by it saying zero dollars i didnt bother to notice that it had switched to october already. phew

Rest assured you aren't going to lose it.

The Rake Tracking page sometimes experiences technical problems which prevent it from updating properly (and remember they don't update on weekends), so sometimes it can be delayed a couple of days. Regardless, your rake is still being accumulated...it's just a display problem on the rake tracking page.

yeah I have the same problem for October 1st, it says $0.... but you are right this website is run very well so I'm not too worried about the error..

Hey spittssda,

Full Tilt is showing zero becasue it is updated through 1st of October so when the new data will be uploaded today you will see rakeback generated by you. Absolute Poker is showing no data because we are experiencing problems with it, AP poker is sending us wrong rake data but it will be fixed soon too.

Why my FTP raketracking is showing 0d from 1. and 3. of october? I did play on that day and even got ftpoints..

Hello mzh,

Please do not look to the rakeback data for 1,2,3,4,5 of October for Full Tilt they are kinda incorrect. The 6th of October will be updated soon and it will be the total number for all these days including 6th. So just wait for the update. Sorry for the inconvenience
