Negative rake at Fulltilt Poker

it says ive been docked 69 bucks on my monthly rakeback, can anyone explain why? i have not used my ftp points on anything

I was looking in my Rake Tracking right now, and there is written that i have negative groaa rake?
How can that be?

It is not that i've deductions, i really have negative gross rake and as a result of that i get negative rakeback for that day.

Can someone please tell me what happened and help me.

We are experiencing some technical problem with the FullTilt poker rake back Rake Tracking data reports once again. Its a temporary problem and will be fixed ASAP. When it will be fixed I will let everyone know in this thread

On my details my rakeback suddenly shows $45.54 gross rakeback (negative) for the 14th May , i only joined up on 16th April but had already completed my bonus before May started and no deductions are showing on the breakdown , i have not entered any freerolls etc..
The only thing i have changed is that i have started to play the capped NL games but cant see that having anything to do with it.
Anyone have any idea why its negative ?

Edit - the negative amount has now gone but now the 11th of May shows 0.00 rake and i played 6-8 hours that day

It seems like it would do you some good to not check your rakeback everyday. You are obviously going to have a heart attack everytime it's off (which some days it is off)
Try to check it once a week and if it's wrong, wait a day or two before asking about it.
They'll take care of you. Customer service here is of high quality.

Its all working now also 11th has rake data now, recheck your Rake Tracking once again please.
