Default Negative Rakeback

I have not played a single hand of poker this month, yet my tracking shows my rakeback as -$0.01. I see that FTP took 4 cents for some reason, they did this same thing last month, I think it was only like 12 cents for the entire month. But this month, I have not played any, can anyone explain this please? Thank you!

Hi PiJuice15

Did you checked the Deductions breakdown?
When you are in Rake Tracking just click the name of the poker room at the breakdown section, and you will see the deductions breakdown, together with explanations.

I checked you and it seems that that you Have some player added deduction, it can be connected with tournaments. But anyway I will email Full Tilt asking them if that is possible, that a person is not playing the whole month and there is some deduction going on.

When we will receive an answer we will let you know

Yes, I did, and for March, the only thing I have is a 4 cent reduction from Player Added.... Actually, I think I played a $100 freeroll on the 1st... does that count? Could that be the deduction?

Hi PiJuice15

Yes of course, and actually this is a reason why you have a deduction

Hi Majorsnake,

First of all there was a typo in Rake Tracking when you are watching the breakdown of your rakeback in the bottom there was a text "No Bonuses deducted" that was wrong actually and now is changed. Our main page for Betfair rake back deal say that Bonuses are deducted from rakeback. So these days in Rake Tracking for Betfair where you got minus mean that there was a deduction. We will contact Betfair today and ask if they can also provide us with the deduction data, so that we can include it to Rake Tracking.
