Question about Rake Tracking

Hi. I play a lot of s&g's everyday on Full Tilt Poker and I received my rakeback confirmation e-mail like 3 days ago. The first day when I received the confirmation I checked the Rake Tracking and I had $4.75 of total rakeback at that time.

But 2 days later, I still have $4.75 and I've played plenty of s&g's and I'm positive that the "last updated" date/time changed 2 or 3 times so I was wondering if there's a problem or since it's only a beta, it's not accurate yet.

Hi Patrick,

At the moment the latest Full Tilt rake data update includes the 20th, so this should be the cause why you do not see your latest data. I am right now uploading a Full TIlt update of data until 22nd. The "last updated" date/time notice at the bottom of the listing is misleading, and I have asked our programmer to remove it. That notice displays the last date&time when any rake data has been uploaded to the server, so it is pretty useless as all rake data has a delay of at least one day and we keep uploading rake data for different rooms.

The Updated column displays the date when rake data for that specific room was last uploaded. I have also requested that to be changed to the date of the actual rake data, and not the upload date.

According to Full Tilt their rake data can have delays of 24-48 hours, so it is also possible that not all latest rake data is included in an update for that day.

That zero display is perfectly possible, since you have not yet added your Full Tilt rakeback deal to your Rakeback.com account & rake tracking. Your Player ID does generate rake and the data is being uploaded to rake tracking, but your user account Ryoxyz just does not have the rights to view that data.

When you signed up to Full Tilt rakeback last year, our website did not yet have rake tracking. When rake tracking was implemented to Full Tilt, we sent you an email with an activation link that you could click to add your rakeback deal to your Rakeback.com account and get the rights to view rake data. The title of this email was Invitation for rake tracking at Rakeback.com.

I have resent you the activation email, please email me to mika@rakeback.com if you do not receive it.

All new rakeback deals are automatically added to Rakeback.com accounts, as we now require users to be logged in before submitting a rakeback sign up.
