Rake Tracking...

A couple of days ago my rakeback was at $38.XX, and today it says 19.18.....why would it go down??

I have the same problem.. my rake has also been divided in 2..

We updated our website code to a new version today, along with it Rake Tracking was recoded also.

So this is issue propably related to this, and our developer will take a look at it when he comes back to work tomorrow morning.

These display issues will not affect actual rakeback payments, and no rake will go missing.

This looks like a display bug caused by today's updates, and will be fixed tomorrow on Friday.

By daily do you mean monthly?

The monthly rakeback total is now displayed only on the Summary View table of Rake Tracking, and not a second time at bottom of Breakdown table.

From the breakdown we used to be able to see the amount of rake accumulated day by day ( within the month), that seems to have disappeared.

Jonathank this has now been fixed, and Full Tilt deductions break down is again visible.

I still see my rakeback for August as half of what it was last week. Is there a mistake in this? It is still at $800; last week I look at it, and it was $1600.

Hi slowlygrinding,

I have checked your rake from the Full Tilt XML rake reports, and your rakeback should be the $800+ it is now. I also looked at the past XML report files of last week that have been uploaded to Rake Tracking, and all files are valid and at no point did you have more rake than now. To have $1600 rakeback, you would have had to have $6000 rake last week.

At what day last week did you check that your rakeback showed as double of what it is now?

We did a website update last Thursday, that included completely rewritten Rake Tracking code. As there are other reports on this thread about Rake Tracking having figures halved by 2, it is possible that after putting the new Rake Tracking code live for a short while it had displayed rakeback amounts as double.

All these cases reported on this thread have been looked at, and all rakeback amounts that are displayed now are correct.

I now have a new problem

My rake has gone from $21 on 5th August to $4 on the 12th

I just noticed a bug myself. For Eurobet, the raketracking got updated today, and it's way off. It showed a certain amount on the 9th of the month (or it might've been the 6th, I can't remember), now it's only a fraction of that as it got updated. Should be, according to the amount I played these past several days, way more than it was on the 9th/6th.
