Hey,

I'm really sorry you feel that way,

The whole idea with these freerolls is to give members a fun time playing with each other, trying out new poker rooms and simply have fun.

We're constantly trying out new features and new ideas. And we're very receptive to any kind of feedback you guys give us. Be it the poker rooms we run them on, or they payout structure / limit / small buy-in, etc.

We're not in the business of running freerolls, meaning that we're doing it for the fun and for the community feeling amongst our members.

Lastly, there is always room for improvement, and next's week's tournaments to look forward to

It never ceases to amaze me how people will complain about something that you give to them for free. Thanks for the oportunity jccrei to play in these freerolls and for your professional response to the complaints about them.
