Doesn't make much sense to hack the password when all you have to do is join the community to get it for every tournament. And much more!!

Only 39 minutes to the tourney. When do you plan to post the pw anyway. Or will it be mailed to members who said they'd play? Or just mailed to all members privately? I'm just wondering. I've never given out pws to any private tournament that I've participated in. But I do know that it's a frequent problem on many forums - not just here.
And why for heaven's sake is my question? It doesn't take all that much to sign up for a forum and get the pw's legitimately. I may not be as active here as on other forums (I have to live my real life too,lol) But I do try to post occasionally anyway. What's so friggin' hard about signing up? I'd love for there to be a way to get the ones that have been either giving out pws or hacking them to be banned from FTP. Maybe a month for the first offense and for life for the 2nd. Seems to me to be only fair. But I suppose FTP can't be bothered with this problem. They are pretty on top of other security issues though so I'd think this would be one that they'd like to address. It makes it so unpleasant for everyone when one butthead hacks in and ruins it.
