Absolute Poker rakebacks

Hello,

I still have not received any rakeback payments for my play on Absolute Poker. On December 22 I was sent an email stating that payments were delayed, but there still has been no RB deposited in my account. How much longer am I going to have to wait?

I have now heard from some players that Absolute Poker has not yet processed their November payments. I have sent their affiliate two emails asking about this after 22nd without a response. I'll try to get a hold of someone on the phone today, and get this sorted out.

I did get my Novemeber rakeback finally paid on December 29th. Thank you.

It is now Jan. 18tho, and I still have not received my December rakeback. I don't doubt that it will eventually be paid, but I would like to know when. The rakeback.com page advertises that RBs are paid by the 15th of each month, but should I expect something else?

I checked on this, and this delay is personally my fault. Absolute Poker could not process the payments, since I had provided them a wrong file. The right file has been sent to Absolute, and I will email players when to expect the payment when I get a reply from Absolute.

Unfortunately another problem has come up with the AP rakebacks. I just received a deposit of $32 in my AP account from rakeback.com, which I assume is supposed to be my December rakeback payment. Looking at my PokerTracker hold'em stats (I also play omaha, which isn't included here) I was raked $2095.20 for my AP hold'em play alone during December. This should mean that my rakeback payment should be over $600.

Hi Eira,

There were a few incorrect amounts on December payments. We have checked all payments and are working with Absolute Poker to issue repayments. The problem seems to have been caused by the reporting format of Absolute being incompatible with Open Office we use.

PS. Your December rake was $3072.63 and rakeback $872.14. Poker Tracker uses its own method to calculate rake, which usually results in different numbers.
