Default Betfair: Change Currency

Hey Guys,
I'm from germany and opened my betfair account 2 - 3 weeks ago. I've started the account in $$$, but I think, that the $ is the biggest bullshit ever ^^

So I've contacted the Betfair support and they told me, I have to close my account and create a new can. Can I still get rakeback with the New Account in Euro?

Thanks!

The US dollar is plummeting in value, and it does not make sense on keeping your poker bankroll in USD if you have other options. I recently changed my poker account to EUR as well.

No, Full Tilt only uses dollars as account currency. Some of the poker rooms targeting Europe more allow you to have your account in euros.

Hey Majorsnake,

Its better to ask Betfair about this thing, we are flexible in this case. The only important thing is after you close your account do all the instructions which I gave you in the email

Unfortunately this thread rings very true.

The US Dollar isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

The dollar is only going to fall further against the Euro.

Too bad.

Hey Majorsnake

What do you mean again? After putting the rakeback Betfair BF1000 bonus code you got 60 days to clear this bonus.
