Incorrect rakeback amount on Betsson

Hi. My March rakeback on Betsson is $307 short what it should be. This month, your Rake Tracking says my gross rake is $1,128 when on Betsson's own site it says I have raked $1,804 this month. I don't know what the delay in your rake tracking is, but I'm afraid this month's rakeback is also calculated incorrectly.

It's been 2 weeks since I first reported this. I contacted you on this forum and your support with email. First you said I wasn't registered through you, which is ridiculous, and I confirmed through Betsson's affiliate lounge that I was indeed registered through you. After I replied with that and a few calculations, this is the last I heard:

I have emailed to Betsson and forwarded information you provided. I will
get back to you as their affiliate manager replies.

After that, nothing. I rake like 15,000€ per year. To me it just seems like a really stupid business decision if you choose to ignore me over 200€ that is enough to make me play on another site through another rakeback provider.

I'm not sure who Betsson are, I can't see them on rakebacks list but for some of the networked poker sites the network take a cut before they pass it on to the company.

For example the cryptologic network take 20-22% before they pass the rake onto littlewoods, so whilst my hand tracker shows me at a rake of 200 or so $ the gross rake on the tracker at rakeback.com is around 20% less.

Maybe this is the problem?

Nope, I've had rakeback there for 1 year and only March and April rakeback have been incorrect.

The problem is that what is our Rake Tracking shows and what you see in Bettson is a little bit different, I recommend you to use Betsson data for now. You will also recevie your $307, check you cashier history and it will appear as "Bonus Week 14". So generally the thing is that Betsson changed their reports to weekly basis and our Rake Tracking is still showing it as monthly data, and also we are missing data for one week, that is why you see less.

Hello,

I've had problems with rakeback a couple months ago, I was missing over $1000 in rake. I checked my rake and compared it to poker tracker yesterday and it was actually accurate for once. Now I go and look at my update rake and its $200 below what it was yesterday. Please help me figure out whats going on????

it's accurate.

you are paranoid. which is natural. but i am 99% certain the rake back calculations are correct.

i am also 99% sure that the cards are dealt randomly. but i can't prove that either.

been getting rake back since 2002. havent been cheated yet, that i know of.

Who are you? When I asked about the 70€ earlier in this thread mollila replied "Betsson is still missing one week from March. We are waiting for a report, which is late." After that I've had my April rakeback, which seems to be correct, but I still haven't got the 70€ missing from March.

been getting rake back since 2002. havent been cheated yet, that i know of.

I don't think I've been cheated, either. I just think I've recieved too little by mistake.
