Incorrect ub rakeback for july

i received $7.54 LESS than i should have for JULY'S rakeback...i received $59.09 and i should have gotten $66.63

can this please bit corrected....

atleast you received your rakeback. i havent gotten mine. can someone clear "Please notice that 25% of any bonuses is deducted directly from calculated rakeback payment". i have $27.29 and the bonus is $30. can someone clear this for me?

The Final UB rakeback data in our Rake Tracking for some people is incorrect. We were receiving rake data from UB the whole month and were putting it to our Rake Tracking, but then we realized that it is slightly incorrect. The payments were made using correct data and actually your rakeback for the whole month of July is a little bit smaller. It is $59.09 the same amount which you received yesterday. We will fix that ASAP so that you could see the correct data for July for UB.

Your Gross rake for July is $115.97 so your rakeback is $115.97*0.3=$34.79. 25% of any bonuses is deducted directly from calculated rakeback payment. Your bonus is $30 so 25% of that is $30*0.25=$7.50. So your Final rakeback is $34.79-$7.50=$27.29 and this amount is visible in your Rake Tracking as Final rakeback. Please recheck your UB cashier transactions history one more time and if you will not find this amount there email to our Support
