increase in rakeback

ive met the criteria to increase from 30-32% rakeback on Betfair, how do i sort this out?

Nothing with actual rakeback / raketracking is ever handled on weekends, only during the week

Ice is right the Mods don't work on the weekends...and they don't like it when people do multiple posts...just an FYI on that as well...the forums don't work exactly like an instant chat, so you have to just be patient and wait for a response.

You will get 32% rakeback for your month of May. You do not need to sort it out we will just pay you increased rakeback

Your rakeback for the whole month of May will be paid as usual, next month in one piece and it will be 32% rakeback not 30% rakeback, hope it is clear now

just got my may rakeback, however theres a problem, it was paid at the 30% level and not the 32% level

The extra will be paid to you by Betfair.

Please notice that the extra commission is based on your montly Betfair Points, as seen on that table. I checked your May rake at Betfair, and it looks like to be below the limit based on rake, but I cannot be sure since we do not get Betfair Point data from Betfair.

Please check if you have made over 40,000 Betfair Points in May.
