newbie question

hi all, new to rakeback, ive got a slightly embarassing question to ask:
how do i actually get the rakeback? my rake-tracking shows my rake for last may but i dont recall seeing this money deposited into my poker account, is there something i need to do to claim it or am i mistaken and the money must have gone in?

Rake is usually paid the following month for the previous month's play.

You can access your history of transactions at the online poker site you chose to have your rakeback deposited to.

I am not an Admin or Mod here. I just wanted to let you know from my experience. I am sure a Rakeback Admin will better answer your questions.

LyndaNova is right, Full Tilt rakeback is paid once per calendar month to your poker account, by the 20th day of the following month. So your rakeback for May will be credited to your account this month, generally payment is done between 10-15th of every month 20th is just a deadline. You will also receive a message from Full Tilt poker cashier to your email telling you that you rakeback is in your account
