Default Pacific Poker

Hoping a mod here can help. I sent Tony a pm but he hasn't got back to me. My June rakeback has not been paid and Pacific poker said to contact rakeback to follow up as they make the paymenst. I emailed support and I received an amail from Anastasia in support saying June's payments were final and asking if I had been paid, and if not they would follow it up. I replied to the email but as yet have received no response. My rakeback for June was $1112.84 according to my Rake Tracking. Now for July it is apparently -$87.63.
I was supposed to be paid $72 for Mays rakeback but never received notification of it. Instead I received a $75 Loyalty bonus which Pacific said was it when I was chasing it. I would appreciate if anyone can finalise this matter as I have never had a problem with rakeback from other sites through you.
Thanks in advance
Joel

No, the Pacific poker rake back payments are made automatically by Pacific, and do not go through rakeback.com. So they have given you incorrect information.

Tony will create a support ticket for you and check this issue with our Pacific Poker affiliate manager.

Please do not use forum Private Messages to request support. We have a support ticket system for that purpose, so issues will get a tracking id number.
