Potential FTP problem

My FTP rakeback summary has not been updated since the 9th July nor have I recieved any rakeback since the weekly update come into action. Is there a problem?

Starting from July 1st Full Tilt started to pay rakeback weekly, but it does not affect those players who got negative rakeback, until you will be back positive. Your Rakeback for June is negative so it means that it will be carried over to the next months payment. For example if your rakeback for June was -$10 and you will generate 20$ of rakeback in July you will receive your $20-$10=$10 rakeback somewhere in August (usually before the 20th)

If at the end of this month you will have positive rakeback, you will be moved to the weekly payments for next month (August)

my rb has changed from yesterday,it has diminshed....is this because of the $100 bonus ftp gave me for screwing up my deposits.ive unlocekd 80 of the 100. I am very confused.

Thanks for getting back to me.I think it's completely f$%ked that ftp is making deduction to my rb w/o informing me. They gave me a 100 rake generated bonus for screwing up my checks. Imo I should still be able to get my normal rake as the extra 100 was given as a courtesy for their error. FTP is getting so shady, I think I might move somewhere else.

I'm pretty any extra charges have always come out of that rake number. i know that a while back I had a check/cc charge that was credited to my rake.

But either way, they GAVE you $100 because of an error and you are calling them shady because it counts against your rakeback? Man. Really?

I'm sure it's mildly frustrating, but geez.

ive incurred so many problems this year with ftp from the bank transfer fiascothat took over a month to resolve, or the checks that bounced a few weeks ago, or the hidden ISA fee's that are charged by their processors. If it wasn't for my rb every penny would be off ftp. my husband has been playing at ftp for four years and we've both seen such a decline in the site and customer service.

Maybe your mistake was accepting compensation for the error in the form of a bonus? If the error was clearly their fault and it cost me money I would've refused a bonus compensation and held out for a direct payment to my account.

As it stands they're entitled to deduct any bonus paid from your rake calculations as stated http://www.rakeback.com/full-tilt-poker/rakeback/.

I was just wondering how often does the Full Tilt Rake Tracking update itself? The last time mine has been updated was on July 9th.. The days that follow after that show that I have raked $0.00 even though I have been playing. I would just like to know what is happening. Thanks

They usually do it every few days but yours seems to be having a problem because mine is updated to approximately the 23rd.

I moved your post here, because you got the same problem as jamjoe. Read this thread from the beginning and read my answer (second post from the top) and you will see that you are not alone So all the problem is because you got negative rakeback in June. And right now we do not have rake data for those negative players. That is why you see $0.00 in your Rake Tracking after 9th.

All bonuses are handled the same, and deducted against Gross Rake before rakeback is calculated.

I agree that you should definitely have asked to get the money directly to your account instead of a bonus.

I don't exactly understand what is going on. I had a -4$ net rakeback in June, and now I have nothing in my raketracking for after July 9th. I generated like 150$ in net rakeback in the first week of July, how is this still a problem? Every month before that was positive as well? I don't understand at all.

I know I have/had some negative rakeback. However, I feel that alot of it if not all of it should be gone by now. Can someone please tell me how much negative rakeback I have remaining? Also could you update the rake tracking system so it shows you how much negative rakeback you have remaining before you begin generating positive rakeback? I think that would be easier to understand than just seeing $0.00 for every day you still have negative rakeback remaining. Thank you

This always happens at the beginning of a new month. They'll probably have it updated tomorrow sometime. The mods don't work on the weekends.

You got exactly the same problem as everybody in this thread. You were in minus in June so you cant see your rakeback in July. But if you generated $150 in net rake in July you will see that in total amount for July in your Rake Tracking. We are working under it right now.

I moved your post here. You have negative rakeback for February, March and April. I checked you manually and I can assure you that in July you generated enough to be back positive. The final data for July will be updated as soon as possible so please give us a time to fix that problem.

I know i had a negative MGR for the June month since I bought the 30 inch monitor with my ftp point but I came out positive for July and I still did not get any rakeback payment for July month or any weekly rakeback for august.

You will start getting weekly rakeback only in September, weeks are between Tuesday and Monday and the payment is made every Friday. So you just need to wait a little bit for the payment this month.
