Default Query about rakeback

Hi guys, is rakeback a fully legit thing? just seems a little too good to be true, why would a poker site want to take money off of you and then give it back in a weeks time for example? i used this service a while ago, but since then i stopped for a while. This was due to me being a bit paranoid about it.

So my questions are, whats in it for the sites? is jit just to keep us hooked?
and what does this site gain out of it?
and do we have to pay extra to have rakeback in the long term? eg if i earned $200 rakeback in a month and wanted to withdraw it, would i end up owing some1 all or a portion of this $200?

sorry if these questions are stupid, but i just want to fully understand

thanks
Sean

It's all good, dude. Rakeback is legit. The poker sites aren't hurting for money. But seriously, watch out for that monster hiding in your closet.

Deposit on one of the sites with rakeback offers, sign up here, make the site rich by paying rake every single hand, get a little bit of it back each day/week/month. Remember, if you get 30% back, they're keeping 70%.

Gotta go, aliens are coming to abduct me........good luck.

hehe Anyone who lives in USA is technically breaking the law by playing online poker anyway LMAO

Jokes aside, there is nothing wrong or bad about Rakeback. This type of service benefits all who are involved.

Besides, the sites that are paying you a portion of your paid rake back, end up getting it back in return when you spend your player points or release bonuses, so either way, they're not losing any money.

Soru, it's all legit and it's something any one of us could do with a bit of effort. Rakeback.com act as an affilliate for the pokersites listed on this site. We sign up through the affilliate and when we start earning rake, the affilliate get their share. If we're getting 30% back then it's likely the affilliate is getting somewhere between 31-35% minus our 30%.

The sites gets more players out of it. Which means more money for them. I'm not sure but I think this site gets a little % of the rake also. You don't have to pay anything to get rakeback. You just have to play and start building rake. Any rake that you get back is yours. You can do what you want with it.
