Default Question

Can somebody please tell me why I dont get my total rakeback at Full Tilt poker???
Meanwhile I have my first time deposit bonus cleared, but still I don't get the 27%
of my gross rake!
Every single month I have to start with "-"!
At the moment I have:
gross rake: 14,95$
net rake: 0,45$
rakeback: 0,12$

PLEASE!!!! CAN SOMEBODY EXPLAIN THAT TO ME???

THX

looks like you have some kind of deduction going on, perhaps because you made a deposit.

full tilt makes deductions from your rakeback for a few reasons: making a deposit, getting some of your sign up bonus back, being in a guaranteed tourney which doesn't reach the guarantee.
it's probably one of those.

the only reason, I can imagine is, that i played the "early doubles" once that month

Bonsa, you mention several things that could have added up to some deductions:

1. You made a deposit.

2. You cleared a deposit bonus.

3. You played in some tournaments (that might have had an overlay).

That about sums it up. I'm not sure why you say, "no, none of these".

Hey BONSA7,

The guys are right, you really have a deduction. Starting from may you have a bonus deduction every month. Please log in to our website, then got to your Rake Tracking and click Full Tilt there. The detailed rakeback page will appear where you can see daily breakdown of your rakeback and deductions made by Full Tilt. Choose different months from the selector to see that every month you have a deduction.
