| i went through all the steps as to getting a rakeback set up for fulltilt but it rejects my email address as its on record does that mean you have to have a different email address for every poker site that has rakeback under your banner which i think well mean i'll have to have about 20 to 30 new email addresses i deleated the cookies deleated all i cons deleted the banners out of my files is there another way to do this im lost or am i just out of luck thanks |

| do you have a full tilt account already? 'cause you can't get rakeback if you already have an account. if you don't then i find it odd that they say your email add. is already on record, since i doubt the various poker sites share the emails. |

| please come on i said i have an account at fulltilt but it says in your forum to get the rake back for fulltilt you need to deleate the cookies for fulltilt to get the rake back and use the code rakecom you did not read my whole thread that the problem you only get a half answer |

| gbobb44...that is an interesting problem you have there. I'm pretty sure the only time it will reject an email as being on record is if the player has already used that email account to create a player name on a particular site. Such as, say just as an example "Jim" already had an old account at Full Tilt, and tried to create a new account in order to receive rakeback...then it would come up as "on record" and the application would be declined. That is the only case where I've ever heard of something being declined due to being on record, though...not sure what else would cause that. Wish I could be of more help, but I'm sure the Mods will be able to get it figured out for you in no time. With it being the weekend, they may not get back to you until Monday, though, so just hang in there! ![]()

Our FAQ say: 5. Can I get rakeback to a poker room where I already have an account? No. Our rakeback loyalty programs are for new accounts only, unless stated otherwise. Why? See the 9. Where rakeback payments come from? section further down this page for explanation. 9. Where rakeback payments come from? Rakeback.com has signed an affiliate contract with each respective rakeback poker room. We agree to refer new players to these poker rooms, and they in turn will pay Rakeback.com a share of the lifetime profit that our players generate. The rakeback loyalty payments are made from this commission we get for referring loyal customers to their poker room. Since the poker rooms know exactly how much rake you generate, we are able to pay you rakeback accordingly. Instructions written in our sign up pages are for new players at a poker room. If you are interested in other rakeback deals where you are not an existing player please visit this link: Poker Rakeback | Get Poker Rake Back

I think the reading problem is yours. It says if you have the software downloaded on your computer but don't have an account already to delete the cookies for fulltilt and redownload it. Sir the illiterate is you. |

| well rob999 i dont remember calling you any names or any body else and as far as downloading a site why would anybody have done that with out creating an account |
| ||||
| Believe it or not, a few people have actually downloaded a client (like Full Tilt) and not created an account, just so they can rail the games. It's not as uncommon as you might think. Regardless, I think Tony has given the only necessary answer to your problem, so Best of Luck! ![]()
