Default Rakeback.com - Do they reply to emails?

Hi,
This is my first posting of a question in this forum. I have sent 3 emails to rakeback.com with the following question:-

"Hello

Could you please clarify something for me please. On the 8th July 2008 my accumulated rakeback for this month was $62.11, yesterday I added up over $130 gross rakeback in just one session in the evening. My rakeback for yesterday (9th July) was actually a minus $1.97 to bring my accumulated rakeback balance for this month to $60.14. How can this be?"

Please note, (as sad as it may be) I actually tapped in the amount of Gross Rakeback I could accumulate in one evening session. This was only in games where I was actually dealt cards.
I have not used up any player points or even gone into any tournaments, this was in cash games only. I was also paid Rakeback for the month of June 2008 without any problems.

Do rakebake answer their emails if questions like this are sent to them.

It may seem petty in view of the amount but I hate doing something not knowing the rules.

Any help would be appreciated.

Wow, you know it's funny...now that you mention it, I have never tried emailing them LOL ...I always just send a Private Message on here directly to one of the Mods and they usually respond pretty quickly Did you try that yet?

Bonuses are deducted in Betfair rakeback calculations, so you must have cleared a bonus that has been deducted from your rake.
