rakeback on parbet

hi all,
I would want to know if someone of you is having problems with the rakeback of parbet...
because I dont understand as it is possible that i have accumulated 1700 mpp's on sun poker and i have generated 800$ of rake with 239$ of rakeback and 1780 mpp's on parbet and i have generated only 351$ of rake with only 81$ pf rakeback...
THIS IS VERY STRANGE

and why parbet although has come down to 30% the rakeback still calculates the gross/net rake?
sunpoker sunpoker obviously it does not calculate more to it

We found some small mistake in our Rake Tracking and soon it will be fixed. Thats why you see incorrect rake data for Parbet rakeback.

Ye you see 30% rakeback for Parbet because starting from March Parbet and all poker rooms in Cryptologic network changed their methods of calculating rakeback. It is now 30% of the GROSS rake, before rakeback was calculated from NET rake and it was 39%.

Yes you are right, these changes will affect everyone except grandfathered accounts.
Who can call himself a grandfather? Players who raked more
than 1000 MPPs in Nov, Dec or Jan (not combined) will keep their
current rakeback and bonus levels. That's up to 38.75% gross rakeback
and up to $1000 in bonus every month. I checked you and I can confirm that you have a grandfathered account. The thing is that our Rake Tracking is still showing 30% for you. We will work on it and soon you will see the new numbers, so your rakeback for March will be paid using the old percentages.

I assume you mean sun when you talk about the $1000 monthly bonus and not parbet, or is there a way of getting $1k bonus on parbet, wouldn't mind a piece of that if its available

Correct. Sun Poker rakeback had a $1000 bonus, not Parbet.
