Default Rakeback problems???

E-mailed rakeback.com asking them a question. And haven't heard from them yet. It's been several days.

Question: I signed up to FTP but never deposited any money. Am I still able to get rack back when I do make my first deposit?

Hey gordster1974,

Unfortunately it is not possible You need to open your first ever poker account at Full Tilt through our website, only in this case you will be able to get rakeback.

FAQ #9
Where rakeback payments come from?
Rakeback.com has signed an affiliate contract with each respective rakeback poker room. We agree to refer new players to these poker rooms, and they in turn will pay Rakeback.com a share of the lifetime profit that our players generate. The rakeback loyalty payments are made from this commission we get for referring loyal customers to their poker room. Since the poker rooms know exactly how much rake you generate, we are able to pay you rakeback accordingly.

But you can also try some other rakeback deals, please view this list and maybe you will find something good for you.

Thanks for the quick reply. Anyways, I signed up to FTP but didn't give them any of my personal information. I'm just an observer for now. Can I delete the software and then sign up through your site?

If by not giving any personal information you mean that you did not open an account yet and just downloaded the client, then yes you should be able to open an account through Rakeback.com.

Just uninstall the software and download it again by following the instructions on our Full Tilt rakeback application page. Remember to clear your cookies as well.
