Sun Poker Bonus

Hi, i registered via rakeback.com at sunpoker and got the 50$ Bonus. In addition i received an email that my registration have been confirmed. In your terms of condition its written that:

Clearing Requirements: The bonus money will be released once you have earned 5 MPPs (My Poker Points) for every $1 in bonus money granted. If you receive more than one bonus, the requirements will be satisfied separately, and the bonuses released in the order in which they were received.

I already earned 227 MPPs and no dollar at all have been granted to my account! So what went wrong?

Pls help me, i dont get any response from your support, that why iam asking here at the forum.

I'm not sure, but I think you better ask Sun Poker support, since I don't think Rakeback staff can access Sun Poker account information... In some cases the bonus is released when you get the whole bonus free --> 5*50 in this case --> 250 MMP would maybe release it...

Ive already asked the sunpoker support and they redirect me back to rakeback.com

Teron is correct, you should be in contact with Sun Poker support regarding any poker room bonuses. We have no access to your poker room bonus or MPP data, and their support should know the status of your bonuses
