Any update on the rakeback for Jan./Feb that I've previously pestered you about?

The Ultimatebet Poker rakeback is paid by the 15th of the following month, so the date of payment will be 15th of October and it will be your September's rakeback.

Actually we had some problems with you in our database but now everything is ok, you can now also see your rakeback data in our Rake Tracking service, follow this link please: http://www.rakeback.com/raketracking/ and click "Yearly" at the top of Rake Tracking to see your monthly breakdown.

This is still in progress for all players with the same problem. I met with our Ultimatebet affiliate manager Danielle last Saturday at a convention, and she assured that all players that did sign up with our affiliate code but are missing payments will get paid.

Once they manage to pull the rake data for affected players from their database we can see who is due more rakeback and who is not.

Its unfortunate this case is taking so long to resolve.

You can refer new users to our website, and get credit from Ultimatebet and other rakeback deals they join.

As Ultimatebet rakeback promotion is still offline from our website (I took it off until they get that issue resolved), please tell your friend to ask our support for Ultimatebet rakeback instructions.
