Ultimatebet payments

Ultimatebet rakeback payments are late. We have not had access to Ultimatebet affiliate database for the whole week, since it is being updated.

We will make payments as soon as we get access UB affiliate database again.

As an apology for this we will issue a $10 bonus on top of rakeback for all players that generated rake in December.

Today on Monday our affiliate manager says the database problem should be worked on. We start to process payments after this is fixed.

Hi Mika, it is the same for me - however, i have just spoken to a friend in the tech team, the necessary fixes will be completed today

Update: By the end of Monday there are still issues. Will check these with UB tomorrow.
Update: End of Tuesday and reports are partly working, but vital data is still missing. A programmer should be on it.
Update, Thursday Feb 1st: We still do not get the necessary data from Ultimatebet that we need to calculate rakebacks. Furthermore their current affiliate manager is leaving the company next Tuesday, and I am having trouble getting hold of anyone there.

No. The current Ultimatebet affiliate manager Shaun Measday is leaving the company tomorrow, and I have been unable to get the necessary information from him or a phone number or email of his follower.

Both rakeback payments and registration confirmations are running very late due to this.

Update: Ultimatetbet has still not provided us with the rake data that we need to calculate rakeback payments.

I have now got contact with the new affiliate manager of Ultimatebet, and hopefully we'll soon get the payments going.

All players on our rakeback tracker that have generated positive net rake and have sent their rakeback sign up to us have already been paid (a few UB accounts are also closed and cannot receive transfers or not validated yet).

We are now issuing the promised $10 bonus on this thread to all players that generated any rake at Ultimatebet last year and had to wait for their rakeback payments until last week.

I do not think that I have recieved my rakeback payment yet. Could you tell me if I am correctly signed up as I have registered for rakeback in November and my status still says pending on the Rake Tracking page. Thanks for any help!!
