Ultimatebet and Pending sign up statuses

There have been some Ultimatebet rakeback sign ups on Pending status for a long time, and we have removed UB from our rakeback offers until we get the stituation cleared out. The delay has been due to Ultimatebet not being able to provide us with the status of other sign ups than those that have both been tagged with our affiliate code and have played for real money.

We recently got a report from our new Ultimatebet affiliate manager (former left the company at the beginning of February), so we now know the status of most sign ups until February. We are still missing the status of sign ups from February to March, and I sent another reminder about this to UB today and hopefully we'll get the situation straightened up soon.

These are accounts that Ultimatebet has confirmed are tagged with our affiliate code, and ready for rakeback. These accounts have been confirmed and players notified.

Back payments of rakeback for accounts registered under our rakeback tracker have already been made until February, and March rakeback payments will be made on schedule later this month.


UB Rakeback Sign Up Status: Tagged to another affiliate
These are Ultimatebet accounts that cannot be added to our rakeback program, since the accounts have been created by using a link or code of some other affiliate website than Rakeback.com. Players whose account has been tagged with the affiliate code of some other website have been notified.

Please notice that rakeback can only be paid to new poker accounts that have been created by using the download link available on our Ultimatebet rakeback sign up page. If you already have an existing account at Ultimatebet, you are not eligible for rakeback and cannot open a second personal account for rakeback.

A few players have submitted usernames that Ultimatebet could not find in their database at all. These players have been asked to verify their rakeback sign up information.


UB Rakeback Sign Up Status: Not tagged to Rakeback.com, but the player did sign up on or around the day when rakeback sign up was sent to us
These Ultimatebet accounts were created on the day that the rakeback sign up was sent to us. But for some reason these accounts were not tagged with our affiliate code at the time of account creation, and therefore have not been showing up on our rakeback tracker. One reason why this can happen is that the player does not use our link and goes directly to the poker room website to sign up.

Our Ultimatebet affiliate manager has told us last month that she has requested these accounts to be moved over to our rakeback tracker. We have also asked these players to be back paid rakeback for the time they have been playing, and hopefully UB will do this.
