I found this site thru a program called "Rosetta".It does computations to find drugs that are to fight cancer and other illnesses. What surprised me was there absolutely no members of this forum donating the idle computer time to this project. I think as a group of people looking for ways to snub the stereotype of poker players, perhaps we as a group could combine our efforts to this research and hopefully contribute to advances which will help all, in addition to enjoying a a few games of poker.

So I hope to use this post to refer all rakeback forum members to join and actively seek others that will also join.

That is a very good idea indeed!

We use our rakeback.com computers in our offices in Estonia to donate their idle time to projects like you mentioned. It would be a very good idea to keep donating CPU idle time from other Rakeback.com forum members and improve not only the image of poker players, but contribute to finding cures to ilnesses.

I fully support this initiative!
