So apologies that it was canceled, we had an unfortunate issue with the emailer system and so the notifications were never sent out.

But don't worry though, the freeroll will be rescheduled.

Well, I'm not worried, I wouldn't be bothered much with a 500$ freeroll if there were more than 4 participants. There's a forum post, a news announcement, it was known that the date was October 10th since the launch of the promotion. So, what's the problem?

That e-mail ought to be sent on October 1st, why was the tour cancelled minutes before it's beginning? I stayed in that night because of it...

You're right, no excuse there. It should have been emailed out sooner.

As for the cancellation, my best guess is that 4 players didn't meet the min requirement for PKR to run the tournament. That's the only reason I can fathom anyway.
