Rake tracking updates?

My raketracking/">rake tracking for UB has not been updated since 10/30, Is this being fixed or whats the deal?

almost 10 days and no updates for absolute poker this is pretty absurd.

ok, so now it has updated just the 8th it is missing the 31-7. What is the deal?

Yep we're on the issue.

All the data is literally scrambled and we're working to straighten it out.

Once they get us correct data it'll be up in 24-48 hours like always.

Please be nice to Fiona, our customer service person though, she's doing everything she can

One piece of good news though, we finally were able to finalize the October Data, so race payments should start to flow through pretty soon.

i hope this issue will not cause delays in payment of october rake, I will talk to absolute poker customer support and demand some answers. The raketracking number for this month is grossly inaccurate and is causing me to rip my own hair out.

Here was Absolute Poker's response to my rake inquiry:

VIP: XXXXXXX, we have double checked on this with the people in charge, the ones from our affiliates team here in the company and they confirmed that all our numbers are fine.
VIP: Actually, we are not the ones who send the reports. Your rakeback provider has access to them and obviously the numbers are based on your play.
