    Default Going on tilt

Anyone here like to get under the skins of others while playing? Most of the time I do not chat and just ignore the chat of others. Other times I tend to get the so pissed off that I sometimes tilt.

Anyone here have some advise on tilt and tips on not going on tilt?

Thanks just wondering cause I did once but dont anymore

if the chat makes u tilt then just turn it off completely. if you are on tilt just take a break, the game will still be there when u get back... don't be an action junkie

I don't even have a chat box. I took it out basically for that reason.

i used to have serious tilt issues.

bad beats , losing big pots etc and tilt just took over.many a time it destroyed a carefully built up bankroll.

i just practised not going on tilt, stopping playing, deep breaths etc, and its gradually got better.

it still happens, now i'm just quicker to recognise it. if i recognise it and i can't stop myself after ten minutes i stop playing for a few hours.

tommy angelo's website and book EOP were both invaluable resources in stopping/reducing tilt.
