no rake details

i hae followed the bar at the top to view my current rake, nothing is showing,
i play pokerheaven and have waited a month now but still no figures.
can you help me??

I checked your Poker Heaven rakeback application and our support emails, and it looks like you submitted a wrong PIN number to us as it has too few digits. We have your Casino PIN number, but need the Poker PIN number to check your registration and grant you access to raketracking/">Rake Tracking.

All Poker Heaven users are assigned both a Casino and Poker PIN number.

You can view your Poker PIN Number in your Profile tab in the poker lobby. Please check what this PIN is, and either email it to support@rakeback.com or PM to me.

A Poker PIN number should have 7 digits, and the recent ones start with 17xxxxx. You have submitted a PIN with 6 digits that starts with different numbers.

hi thanks for replying, i did reply to the e-mail i got i dont even have a casino account, it said to go onto my poker account and use the "pin number" found on there.
i did this and i even asked poker heaven about this who confirmed the number i submitted is my pin number.
not sure what else i can do.

Did you check that it is the PIN number you see on Profile tab in poker lobby?

You do get assigned also a casino pin number when you open an account.

hi i have a pice of paper from web dollar with the same number and its the same number on the personal details tab that says pin number.
there is no other reference on there.
i will ring the up.

Did you create this account this month when you submitted your rakeback application, or is this an old account?

i have had this account for about 3 years.
i have changed address 5 months ago and they send me a new letter with my new pin number.
which is what i have subitted.
i will have to find the letter and double check thanks

So this is the reason why your PIN number seemed to be of wrong format.

Unfortunately rakeback deals are only available to poker room accounts that have been created through Rakeback.com by using the link/code on our website. We cannot add old existing poker room accounts to rakeback, as rakeback payments come from affiliate commission that poker rooms pay us for referring new players to their poker room.
