I didn't realize there was a freeroll as I hadn't checked my email all weekend and the mail was received on Friday.

Congratulations on your performance in the Iron Man Challenge in December. You have been credited with a ticket for the Gold $20,000 Freeroll on Saturday, January 8th at 16:15 ET.

I mailed FTP but they said it was organized by my affiliate (you). Is there any chance you could include me in the next one to make up for this one? And give me more than a weeks' notice please?

They probably misunderstood you. Rakeback has nothing to do with organizing IronMan.
