PokerStars rake tracking

I have signed up using your affiliate link, confirmed email, verified account with PS, made a deposit, played a bunch, but I cannot seem to add PS to my rake tracking. Can you please please help?? I have filled out 2 or 3 support tickets in the last few weeks with no reply at all.

I have the exact same problem. I received the confirmation e-mail from Pokerstars a week ago and i still get this message in my rakeback.com account:

"Your rake is not yet tracked. If you have already installed a rakeback poker client, enter your Poker Room ID on the Rake Tracking page"

I filled out a ticket which never got answered .. and the Raketracking still shows 0$
