poker sites havn't appeared on tracking

I signed up to 2 sites about a week ago (partypoker/">party poker and pokerstars) but when i go to register the room id nothing happens and now it tells me

"You have already submitted this username. Please allow up to 48 hours for your deal to be confirmed from the Poker Room. You can start playing while waiting for confirmation."

but its been at least a week and there isn't anything saying pending either

can anyone help/explain?

As both Party and PokerStars rewards player with VIP points which can be redeem as cash back, rake data is not available for tracker to show.
