party poker freeroll on the 7th

there is supposed to be a party/wpt freeroll on the 7th of this month it is not yet in the lobby, why is this?

The tournament was available only on partypoker.I have my account on WPT Poker and i couldn't play.I was emailing Rakeback (but they didn't answer) and WPT assure me that the tournament will appear on 05.08 evening or on the tournament day in the morning.I realize that they didn't respect their requirements and i contacted them again, they only told me that the a department is investigating the issue and after several emails they told me that there are trying to get in touch with rakeback.I also seen that rakeback(through a representer that manage the Facebook rakeback page ) try to set the tournament. In the end i realize that no one is doing something, WPT is trying to avoid it... also rakeback.

I hope the tournament will be rescheduled soon only for WPT players and with same prizes(i see it fair)

yes i know this tournement was only run on party obviosly a mistake with wpt/rb.com and i also think they should run it again for wpt players as this would be the fair thing to do but this will not happen.

the thing is that last month i played in the 1k freeroll which i won and of the 110 entrys only 8 players were atually sat in playing thus giving the equity for the tournement at $125 this months was in total a 2.5k freeroll so the equity would have at least been that if not more so from no fault of our own all the qualifiers on wpt poker who messed around to meet the 100 point requirement have lost out alot here.

from my point of view i do not see how it can be possible for a reputable site like rb.com to advertise a big 2.5k fr on their site with big banners and for them to make a simple mistake like this. also surely as they advertised the requirements for the tourney and they were clearly met by us rightfully the fr should be run again asap.

i have contacted rb.com several times with no response and wpt poker just told me to contact the affiliatte if this fr soes not run again then i will not use rb.com/wpt poker again and i urge everyone else affected by this to do the same as this is totally disgraceful.

Unfortunately, due to a software failure, the tournament was not available for users with the WPT skin. We are aware of this failure, and are taking steps to make the situation fair for you and everyone else.

Once the situation was known late last week, the staff at Rakeback.com attempted to contact appropriate members at WPT Poker. However, due to summer holidays, the usually responsive and helpful weekend staff at WPT Poker was unavailable, and the software issue was not corrected in time.

We will continue to work closely with the staff at WPT Poker to resolve this issue and come to a satisfactory compromise for everyone.

Let me express my personal apologies for any inconvenience, and I assure you we are doing our best to resolve the issue.

for those who didn't notice a new tournament was scheduled only for WPT players (that made the requirements in July)
At least 3 more players to start the tournament
Have fun but leave the first place for the master gambler(you know what i mean ... the champion of all champions )

seems improbable to get to 5 players in 40 min.
