Content Writers Needed - Preferably non-American, or Expats.

Attention all:

We are a large affiliate site and are at the point where we need to hire more freelance writers/researchers. Starting will be promotion writing, news re-writes (and originals) & research assignments. Again, this is for a large affiliate website.

We will need poker content page writing of around 150-500 words each. The pay is $15 for anything under 350 words and $20 for anything over 350 words, and negotiated rates for any special assignments. (some of these will take you 5 minutes to write) If you have previous writing experience (i.e. you were laid off from PokerNewsDaily or some such thing, we can negotiate rates). In some cases we pay more depending how intense the work is (i.e. ability to charge double, etc).

This opportunity could be anywhere from 5-35 hours per week of your time, depending on what projects we have going on and the level of writing you desire.

Qualifications:

1. Must play at least recreational real money poker online, and have knowledge of at least two poker software platforms
2. Must have excellent writing skills
3. Flexible work hours & willingness to work on weekends
4. Non-US writer is a plus - or expats living abroad. Someone with experience on Betfair/Eurobet/Pokerheaven/Party Poker/other Euro sites is a plus, but anyone with strong written English skills is encouraged to apply.
5. MUST be willing to meet deadlines. Late work or not responding to emails is grounds for termination.
6. Must be able to follow directions and write in an objective manner. You will not be writing bedtime stories, you will be writing room reviews and content pages, as well as some strategy writing.
7. Previous writing experience is great, and a personal blog will go a long way in getting your foot in the door.

Writers are paid once per month.
