When can we expect to get the 36% rakeback you are advertising for Cake poker?

Have you tried emailing Cake support yet? It's a bit of a shame but since the June 1st rebranding of the network as 'Revolution' there've been a lot of issues brought up by players, including not seeing a change in RB payments, reload-bonus status, Ronin promo progress, etc.

Cake skins are supposed to be making the move to 36% rakeback automatically - http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...7&postcount=41

On some skins including the main Cake poker room it appears players may need to email support to get upgraded

If you have difficulties with support send us an email at support@rakeback.com and we'll assist. Once set up, your RB should be backdated, so that you get credit for 36% RB for all play June 1st onwards
