Tracking programs

Hi everyone!

Wondering if some of you could give me a bit of advice or your opinion on tracking programs. Specifically poker tracker and/or poker office.
I been playing online about 8 months, mostly STT. the past couple of months I have began playing two tables which has been really good once I got used to it.
I still have a long way to go before I consider myself a winning player, Hence Im considering getting a tracking program to help me analyze my game and am also intrested in using HUD.

I am wondering if there is a big difference between PT & PO?
Are they easy to learn how to use? Ive also read about a STT spreadsheet proram but dont really know exactly what it does!

pocker tracker seemes to be the most popular, I have heard of poker office but never used it. Personally i have used poker spy which was ok ,
