Yes rakeback is also for tournament rake where applicable. Please view the poker room specific pages for that info, for example Full Tilt rakeback offers.

i'm still a little unclear on how this works, perhaps someone can clear this up for me.
i read the link and i understand how FTP points are generated. for every dollar raked from the cash tables, you get one FTP point. so do i get 27% back from this? is it for each hand i get points from, or only from the hands i win?
and what about sng's on ftp? more simply, if i enter a $10+1 sng, and i have no bonuses pending, will i get $.27 back from rakeback?
From the site FAQ....
How much rake do I generate?
Poker rooms know exactly how much rake you individually pay on each pot, but this amount is not visible on the poker client. You only see the total amount of rake taken from a pot. The formula to calculate your rake varies, but most poker rooms use a simple method where the total rake is divided evenly among all players that were deal cards. For example if ten players are deal cards and the rake is $2, then each player has contributed $0.20 of rake. You may use our Rakeback Calculator to estimate your rake.
So I believe you get 27% of the avg rake per player per hand. This is one of the reasons I like to play 6 handed tablesHope this helps.
