Started Rakeback prgram on 9th Nov for Betfair but rakeback still Zero

I've started playing on betfair poker since my rakeback was approved but up till now my total rakeback is still zero. Why is that so, I've been playing mostly on SNG and MTT, can anyone kindly help me?
