    Hi Themutsnuts,

The On Hold status mean that we received your rakeback sign-up request but it is not confirmed yet, On Hold status mean that we are contacting our Full Tilt affiliate manager to check what is your status. You can be in On Hold status for some reasons:

    1. You are already an existing player at that poker room.
    2. You are tagged to some other affiliate than Rakeback.com.
    3. You provided us with the wrong username.
    4. Some other technical problem while registration etc.

When we will receive an answer about your Full Tilt rakeback, the raketracking/">Rake Tracking status will change.
