I want to sign-up for full tilt rakeback but the requirements are to register a new account. I'm using the only account I have, I have not made my 1st deposit yet. Will it ask me to enter the referal code?
My only problem with making a new account is that my brother just recently had his account closed because they noticed he had 2 accounts in his history.

Write the support and tell them what you want to do and you situation. Full Tilt is relaxing their policy here.
