confused???

im not sure what my email for this site is, because this could or could not be the account i get my rakeback from....if its not, its because this is an old account that got denied........my question is, can someone from administration, find out what email i signed w/ for screen name IntruderAlert7 on full tilt poker.......and if it is this one......a.) why am i not seeing rakeback tracking for January, when i recieved payment in January and b.)why is there no pending rakeback on the tracker for me for Feb.....im guessing this is not my account for IntruderAlert7, but i dont remember the email or username i used for that account........can someone help me please???

I searched our database and I cant find any information about the IntruderAlert7 Full Tilt rakeback account, we never received a rakeback sign up request for that Player ID, and of course we cant find the email for this account.
