Not only that, the European Union wants to re- open their investigation into the UIGEA due to the international trade violations, This could all lead back to another WTO dispute! Here we go again!

Did we win or not?! There are some in the online gaming industry that feel the iMega case was a loss. And, technically, they are correct. So why the celebrations?

Well, even if we didn't win this case outright, we won another day in court when the judge found we had "standing". So what does this mean and where do we go now?
