sun poker rakeback problem

i thought i was on 40% min rakeback as per this email i got from sun poker:


Your Sun Poker account is confirmed for 40-50% rakeback, and you get
rakeback starting from your first raked hand.

The rakeback will be paid automatically into your account once a month
by Sun Poker. Payments are for full calendar months, and take place by
the 15th day of the following month. You will receive an email from
support@sunpoker.com when the payment is made, and the payment is
marked with the credit code "TRM" on your cashier history.

Sun Poker rakeback is based on monthly MPP points MPP Points Net
Rakeback
0 to 7,999 40%
8,000 to 10,999 45%
11,000+ 50%

but the raketracking/">rake tracker says i am on 30% some clarification pls on what mix up is going on here. thanks guys

Its our fault, our automatic email for confirmed Sun rakeback accounts is incorrect.
We will change it now. The information at our website is correct and the deal is 30% from Gross Rake not Net Rake Anyway sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for giving us the important info! Good luck at the poker tables!

As a Sun Grandfathered account, I believe we still get the old rates, mine is still showing as 30%, can this be checked please, especially as I plan to hit Sun fairly hard next month.

Rakeback payments are done automatically by Sun Poker, so if you are grandfathered you are covered.

Our programmer is working on getting the correct percentage showing in Rake Tracking for grandfathered players. I'll send him a note to check that.

Update: We take the percentage and rakeback shown in Rake Tracking directly from the data that Sun Poker gives us, and the data seems to be working properly. Grandfathered player are showing higher rakeback percentages when they should.

Gothman and mypoker: your rakeback percentage should be 30%, since you are both below the MPP point tier for more than 30%.
