Default Take 2 cards and call me in the morning...

Some of my poker buddies come home from work and play poker to relieve their stress...
While for others, just the mention of the word "poker" sends them into a tizzy...

My question to you is, do you feel that poker is the cure for - or the cause of - your stress?
I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah

I play for both fun and profit, but poker can be a huge cause for stress when you are in a middle of a big downswing spiral.

I think it depends on your personality , I find poker very relaxing to me but I do notice a lot of uptight players , if they think other players are supposed to play how they do or they are supposed to win every hand every time well that's just asking to be frustrated lol

Markie I totally agree LOL Expectations of other players can get you frustrated quicker than anything...best thing I do in a situation where someone plays and wins a questionable hand against me is LET IT GO lol There are hundreds of hands played, that is just ONE. So shake it off, let it go, and there will be no frustration
I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah
