Of all the tournaments you play (online), what percentage of the time would you say you see the final table?

Which site do you tend to see more final tables?

Ive seen the most final tbls on Ultimate bet. and its usually around 20% of the time. I admit I am still working on my tourny skills. I am a cash game player. Tourneys are a bit diff.

I'd say I make final between 40-60% of the time (most of which are freerolls right now), depending since some weeks I play more than others.....My most numerous finals are moreso on Poker Stars than anything. Mostly because hand selection and aggressiveness pays off in volumes for me on Stars moreso than any other site.

What size tournaments are we talking here? Final tabling at a tournament with 900+ players is a lot harder than doing it with 27.

I'm not exactly sure. Oddly enough, I track this religiously (place finished) in live play but not online. My sharkscope data says I make it in the money about 33% of the time (yeah, not great). Since I rarely play anything above 45 players... all my ITM places are on the final table. Some of those will be from single table sit and gos... but that percentage is compensated by the times I made the final table but not the money.

So I'm not really sure. I play a lot of 18 player games and getting to the final table in those is no big accomplishment.
