My rake tracking feature doesn't work

Yes, there is an explanation. If you took part on freerolls, the winning amount will be split through all players and is shown as negative rake, that you have produced.

Hey af1snaikboi,

You got "Player Fees" and "Player Added" deductions in April. But you got deductions in previous months too, but this is the first month when you are in minus. If you want to see which deductions are made by Full Tilt from your rake click the poker room name at your Rake Tracking, in our case its Full Tilt, and you will see the daily breakdown of you rakeback also with the deductions and explanations. You can also choose different months to see what was happening before.

I get rakeback from FullTilt and the rakeback works fine but I can't access the rake tracking on this website.

I checked our records and do not find a Full Tilt rakeback sign up submitted to us by you.

If you have opened your poker room account by using our download link and/or referral code, please follow this process.

1) Log in to your Rakeback.com account.
2) Go to our Full Tilt Rakeback Sign Up page:
Full Tilt Sign Up - Get Rake Back with Full Tilt Rakeback Loyalty Program
3) Fill in your Full Tilt username in the rakeback sign up form on that page.
4) Complete the rakeback sign up process by submitting the form.

So after doing this you will have access to your Rake Tracking
